Foracort G 400 Rotacap is a combination of three medicines : Glycopyrrolate, Formoterol, and Budesonide. Glycopyrrolate is an anticholinergic medication. It works by blocking the activity of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) in the brain. Formoterol is a bronchodilator.

Maxiflo 250 Rotacaps is a combination of Fluticasone Propionate and Formoterol. It is used in the maintenance treatment of asthma (a condition that causes narrowing of the airways) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (lung conditions that cause blockage of airflow, leading to breathing difficulty).
